Our missions

  • the management of SACD copyrights accruing to producers on certain cinematographic works;
  • the administrative management of AMAPA, association for the mediation of audiovisual authors and producers;
  • participation in certain working groups of the CSPLA (Higher Council for Literary and Artistic Property);
  • more generally, the follow-up – in consultation with producer unions – of the various files relating to copyright in the digital environment, in France and in Europe;
  • the conclusion, on behalf of the entire cinema & audiovisual sector, of an agreement with National Education, for the purpose of marking out the permitted uses of audiovisual works for teaching and research purposes.
