
Collecting rights in Europe (Eurocopya)
PROCIREP is a founding member of EUROCOPYA, a European association of collective management companies for private copying rights of audiovisual producers, one of whose missions is to promote the conclusion of bilateral reciprocity agreements and the raising of revenue from audiovisual private copying generated by the distribution of members' directories outside their national territory.

13 statutory members
This association currently has 13 statutory members: ANICA Servizi (Italy), EGEDA (Spain), FILMKOPI (Denmark), FRF-VIDEO (Sweden), GEDIPE (Portugal), GWFF (Germany), PROCIBEL (Belgium), PROCIREP ( France), VAM (Austria), SAPA (Slovakia), SEKAM VIDEO (Netherlands), SUISSIMAGE (Switzerland) and ZAPA (Poland). In addition, a certain number of other companies or associations of producers established in European or extra-European countries where there is as yet no system of remuneration for audiovisual private copying, also take part in EUROCOPYA meetings in as associate members.
EUROCOPYA notably ensures the representation of the interests of audiovisual producers in Europe.
Bilateral reciprocal agreements
EUROCOPYA's other mission consisted in promoting the conclusion of bilateral reciprocity agreements, in order to ensure at a lower cost the raising of private copying revenue generated by the distribution of member repertoires outside their national territory. .
The main foreign territories for collecting Private Copying rights for French producers are Germany, Belgium and Switzerland, as well as Italy, where PROCIREP was able to regularize the situation in 2014 with regard to concerns cinematographic films through the conclusion of a reciprocal agreement with ANICA Servizi.
